1Step 1

We find every gap before anything gets sealed.

Bats use openings most homeowners never see from the ground. Soffit lifts. Gable vent failures. Ridge cap separations. Roofline gaps a quarter inch wide. We walk the entire roof, find every entry, and identify which one the colony is actively using.

Whole-roof inspection

We don't stop at the gap a homeowner already noticed. The full roofline gets walked. Every potential entry gets photographed.

Active exit identified

The opening bats are using right now is the one that gets closed last. Sealing the wrong gap traps the colony inside. We don't make that mistake.

We schedule on day one

Inspection, route confirmation, paperwork, and the calendar all happen on the first visit. The free inspection is the start, not a maybe.

2Step 2

One-way exclusion. The colony leaves. They can't come back.

The exclusion device sits over the active exit. Bats are nocturnal, so they leave at dusk. They can't get back in. Every other gap stays sealed during the work. The colony empties out on its own. No traps, no chemicals, no living-space contact.

One-way exit device

Sized to the gap and the structure. Installed at the right angle so bats can leave but can't return.

Living-space pathways closed

Interior routes between attic and bedrooms get blocked while the exclusion runs. Nothing wanders down a hallway.

Confirmed empty before final seal

The device stays until the colony is confirmed out. Then the gap gets closed permanently.

Most companies cut corners here. We don't.

Bat guano and urine staining attic rafters and insulation beneath the peak

What happens when a colony is sealed in instead of out.

Where bat jobs go wrong.

Sealed before bats are out

Caulk on day one looks decisive. It traps the colony inside. The bats die in the rafters, the smell takes weeks, and stragglers find their way into bedrooms. The fix is way more expensive than the inspection.

Only one exit found

Bats use multiple gaps. Sealing the obvious one leaves the colony with another route. We map every entry first, then exclude.

Foam and caulk instead of mesh

Foam doesn't survive a winter. We use quarter-inch steel hardware cloth, screwed not stapled, sealed for the exterior. Built to outlast the roof.

We answer every call. Pick up the phone and tell us what you're hearing.

3Step 3

Permanent seal. Then we walk the attic with you.

Once the colony is out, every gap they were using gets closed for good. Steel mesh, screwed, sealed for the weather. Then the attic gets a walk-through with photos, and we tell you what (if anything) needs cleanup.

Steel-mesh closure

Quarter-inch hardware cloth, screwed not stapled. Built to outlast the roof.

Walk-through with photos

You see the closed gap, the attic deck, and the existing insulation condition before anything else gets recommended.

Cleanup when the attic calls for it

Heavy guano or affected insulation gets a written cleanup plan with photos. Light, dry guano can stay.

What homeowners say

They showed me photos of everything they found, sealed every entry point, and the house has been silent since.

Sarah M., Montclair, NJ

They were the only company that actually got into the attic with me and showed me the problem instead of just pitching a price.

Dave K., Staten Island, NY

They cleared the infestation, cleaned the contamination, and got the attic inspection-ready fast. It saved the sale.

Maria L., Bucks County, PA
