Animal droppings, destroyed insulation, debris. It all comes out. We decontaminate the surfaces so you are starting clean, not sealing problems under a vapor barrier.
Seal every gap that lets pests in.
Every foundation crack, vent opening, and pipe penetration that gives rodents or wildlife access gets sealed with hardware cloth and metal flashing. Screwed in. Not foamed.
Encapsulate and insulate.
Vapor barrier down, vents sealed, insulation installed. When we leave, the crawl space is dry, sealed, and working for your home instead of against it.
