When you interact with our advertisements on platforms like Nextdoor, Google, or Meta, those platforms may share your contact information with us (such as name, email, phone number, and address) if you submit a lead form. We use this information solely to respond to your service request. We do not use data received from advertising platforms for any purpose other than providing the service you requested.

Google Enhanced Conversions

We use Google's Enhanced Conversions feature to measure the effectiveness of our Google Ads campaigns. When you submit a contact form or call us through a tracked number, certain fields you provide — such as your name, email address, phone number, and property address — are hashed using SHA-256 (a one-way cryptographic process that produces a scrambled, fixed-length fingerprint) before being sent to Google. Google uses this hashed data solely to match your interaction to a prior ad click for conversion measurement on our behalf. The original data is not readable from the hash, and Google does not use it to identify you across other services.

This sharing is required under Google's Enhanced Conversions customer data terms, which we have accepted. It applies both to forms submitted on our website and to calls tracked through CallRail, which uses the same Enhanced Conversions integration.

Phone calls and text messages

Phone calls to and from Attic Fanatics may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and marketing attribution purposes. By calling us, you consent to call recording.

We may send you text messages related to your service request, including appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.
