We inspect your attic - for free
A trained technician comes to your home, gets into the attic, and documents everything with photos. Entry points, damage, contamination, the full picture.
You'll see every photo on your phone before we leave. No surprises, no guessing. The inspection takes 30-60 minutes depending on access and attic size.
You get a clear plan and price
We walk you through exactly what needs to happen and what it costs. Line by line. If you want to think about it, no problem - the quote is good for 30 days.
We never pressure you to sign on the spot. Take the quote, compare it, call us back when you're ready. The price you see is the price you pay.
Step 03
The crew shows up and does the work
Same company, same crew. Removal, exclusion, cleanup, restoration - whatever the plan calls for. We photograph every step so you can see the progress.
All jobs are completed in a single day. The crew that starts is the crew that finishes. No subcontractors, no handoffs.
We show you the results
Before-and-after photos, a walkthrough of everything we sealed, cleaned, or replaced. You see the finished work with your own eyes before we leave.
We collect the balance only after you've seen the results and you're satisfied. If something isn't right, we fix it before we go.

We close the job out in writing
We show you what was sealed, cleaned, or replaced and confirm the approved scope before the job is closed out.
