01 The Problem

02 What We Found
Our attic inspection revealed not mice, but a flying squirrel colony of 23 animals. Flying squirrels are nocturnal and colonial - they'd been there for years, entering through a 2-inch gap where an old TV antenna cable had been removed.
03 The Solution
We installed one-way exclusion devices and trapped over three weeks. Every exterior penetration on all 12 units was sealed with steel mesh and copper exclusion fabric.
The Result
Complete colony elimination. The landlord had wasted years on ineffective pest control before calling us for a permanent solution.
