03 The Solution
Full hazmat cleanup of the crawl space, replacement of the vapor barrier, installation of heavy-gauge steel mesh on all access points, and addition of a motion-activated sprinkler system for the foundation perimeter.
The Result
The extensive cleanup could have been avoided entirely with proper screening at construction. Their contractor now includes wildlife exclusion in all raised foundation builds.
