01 The Problem
A homeowner in Colonia heard heavy thumping in the attic in March. They assumed it was squirrels. By April, the sounds included what sounded like crying babies. The attic had become a raccoon nursery.

03 The Solution
We waited until the kits were mobile (per NJ wildlife regulations), then installed one-way exclusion. The family was humanely evicted over two weeks. All soffit returns were reinforced with steel mesh, and the homeowner's overhanging tree limbs were flagged for trimming.
The Result
Complete exclusion by June. The homeowner had the attic professionally cleaned and new insulation installed. Three months of raccoon habitation caused significant insulation and structural damage.
